Is There a Talent Pipeline Crisis?

David Bianculli: I've been begging the AICPA to come on this show for months. He says they won't do it because they're all too busy, but there's an eight-part plan that would change how accounting is done. The first part involves changing the fifth year of education from being in class to being in a firm. It could also lead to reporters getting fired by their firms and opening up the talent pipeline.
