Local Governments and Entrepreneurship

Local governments have often been a barrier to Americans and opportunities for entrepreneurship. In many cities, almost completely blocked people from running businesses out of their homes. The Libertarian Group Institute for Justice has gone around the country suing local governments on behalf of entrepreneurs.
