Getting Yourself Out of a Job in the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion N Space

It's not like going to the grocery store and saying, i want that box of cereal. A lot of times, youre trainers in this space, spaces, are people who have historically been overlooked. And so allowing them to air out those grievances, share what's really going down in the organization allows us to get a deeper understanding of what it is that they need. So be way before you ever sign. Here's my big secret a success. My number one question that we always ask everyone is, what your biggest frustration? But your sticky point? I think the humans, unfortunately, really like to complain.
