The Persecution of the Democratic Party

i have friends who believe that trump winning the the nomination would be the best thing uh for the democrats in the forthcoming election i don't know how you feel about that but that's kind of a well how would that work out because they would lose the white house but they would gain more seats in congress. If he wins or loses is going to be very bad right either way and even if you're only concerned about right-wing reaction um it's really bad either way. The question is what have what variables have nudged one way or another since then? I think your argument about the kind of the persecution aspect to me could it might not put him over but it it could be just
