We set a goal in 2011 to have one of the best customer service teams in the world. We ended up winning an award by NYST Reply for the quality of our customer service team. In the last one year, I realized as our customer support team has swelled to 15% of our workforce, I realized that it's actually a bad thing. When you get to about positive 80 to 90% net promoter score, which is very hard and very high, all of a sudden you don't need customer service at all.
