White women have so much to contribute to this. I'm taking lots of action behind the scenes with my team, like we just hired a am someone who can come unter our team and help us create a more inclusive environment. And one of them is also high lighting a lot more a black, indigenous in women of color on our platform. There's this ugly duckling in the community that we kind of distrust until they've proven themselves or they've gotten the stamp of approval from the white community.
