"We are supposed to have all of the answers that we are supposed to be perfect," she says. "I think it's really comes with burnout that that holding trying to hold oneself to this impossible standard is a pretense" We don't need to be perfect human beings, but rather deep listeners who can give our attention to another person and help somebody release and heal so that's separate from being perfect you know? She adds: "There needs to be more awareness about that."
