The Relationship Between Heart and Chest
The heart is where all these mensions of being, at least as i see it, this is where they all come together. That's why our greatestca es and our greatest revelations always have to do with te heart. Ri spirit and respiration has always been connected. The literal physical experience of breathing in and out has also been connected with this sort of a ephemeral, formless nature of spirit,. that's actually something like the air you breathe. In one sense it's nothing at all, but in another senseits absolutely vital for your life. And so we like the heart region. It just kind of goes endlessly.
