The Politics of Border Security

CNN's John Sutter says Democrats have been playing politics with the border issue. He says they've used it as a political tool to gain support from Latino voters, who are now more likely to vote for Republicans. But he says that strategy has backfired in terms of how many people will actually be affected by this policy change.
