Sally Kohn: Trade has never been exclusively about market access. She says half of american tariffs collected on imports are collected on clothing, shoes and household goods. The more luxurious the good, the lower the tariffs, she argues. But i think thereis an opportunity that no one ever talks about, which is the us. Could reduce its tariffs, either be a negotiation or unilaterally,. And benefit the people who are at the lower end of the income scale. We're not prepared to provide more access to our market for other countries products, including their agricultural products. It seems to me we're loking in the wrong place.
