What Is a Bifusicular Block?
The most common cause of right bundle branch block is cardiac surgery, often for a VSD repair or something like that. If you see a kid who's got a bundle branch block and they haven't had heart surgery or something else nasty that's happened to their heart, you got to check that out because that usually doesn't happen just willy-nilly. Either they got something maybe congenital wrong, maybe they have some sort of congenital conduction abnormality, maybe there's some sort of structural thing in there. Maybe they had myocarditis previously diagnosed myocarditis effect of the conduction system or something. That's something that should be evaluated.
