What Attracted You to Aquinas?

Originally, I was attracted to Aquinas. When I want to do Doctor of Studies, I realized that if I'm to study Aquinas to add anything of any value, I'd have to take a really specific area of his corpus. So the idea of studying something more broad through the eyes of a contemporary seemed a good way to go about it. And so Stein remained in the wings as this person of interest, person of curiosity.
