Julian Zelizer: You talk about a number of different symptoms of evangelicalism being sick. But you say this is really, these are the symptoms that reflected a deeper illness. And so I want to dig into some of that as we kind of walk through this book, chapter by chapter. He says American evangelicals seem to place on cultural and political transformation of our nation. Zelizer: It's not one particular country that has a special place in God's plans. Or if there is one, it's Israel.
