Ron Rivera Is a Good Coach, but He's Just a Placeholder
The last time Ron Rivera has been a head coach every year for a while now, the last time he had a winning record was 2017. This will be the fifth straight season, most likely that his team finishes under 500. He's somebody who can be the leader of your franchise when you have a despicable owner and you need someone out there to just stand in front of the media with good relationships. But until that happens, so that's my take on Rivera. It's just like he's a placeholder.
