The Definition of a Cornered Resource

The definition of a cornered resource is something that you can pourt out that can be identically valuable for a competitor. But i think it's that the competitors can't access hum. I was just thinking about this from the way that packy defined this in the super sapients, idea that that contract would be equally valuable to another but super sapiens was the one who locked it down.
