Meditation can help for those people who aren't aware that that's a tool that people can use to help get sort of travel between the mind and body. Mitsy: Can we do like a really quick body scan? And let's go through and and i'd like to know what you feel, and i'll tell you what i feel. Yes. Ye. I'm feeling an elevated hartrate and a kind of tingly, kind of like i'm alertness and awareness of of, like, im being at a state of readiness. That's how my body feels.
