Bob Greene says he was inspired by Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and Neil Donald Walsh. He sets a timer to lift weights every 15 minutes at his desk in New Zealand. His daily routine includes breakfast of black beans, baby spinach and sprouts with alfalfa sprouts on it. "My life is very unhectic as far as my mental practice has gone," Greene says.
