How to Scale Up Your Data Warehouse in 2022?

I think there have been a lot of critiques of the modern data stack in 2022 and to me most of these come down to the fact that the tools are almost too easy. I guess my question for John and Joe would be what are your thoughts on how do we create best practicesHow do we train people to make sure that we're not seeing the same thing in streaming infrastructure?
