The bootstrap command is an item code and command too, because you can keep running that command. It gives you a compact view of all the objects that are configuring flux and also the status of those objects. So if something goes wrong, I don't know, someone hacked your GitHub account,. It tries to deploy a crypto miner on your cluster, but it doesn't have the right private key open PGP library key that's authorized to make that change on the cluster. Flux will pull the change, verify the signature, say, hey, this is not signed by who is supposed to have access to the cluster and to give you this error message and to stop frequency and everything.
