What Is the Difference Between Good and Bad Conflict?

In your book, you draw the distinction between some conflicts that are productive, like good conflict, and then some bad conflict. Can you tell us about that distinction? Yes. So i kind of went into writing this book, high conflict, trying to figure out what does it look like for societies to get out of conflict. And i realized pretty quickly,. right? That that was the wrong question. Conflict is not the problem. You know, we need conflict. We need the kind of thing that pushes us to be better as individuals, as groups, as countries. It's the kind of conflict that brings out our worst instincts.
