I've been around you long enough to witness, observe this and see your behaviour. I've heard you say, i meat a butcher this. But it's not important that you have the right answers, is that you ask the right questions. And without that mind set, without that behavior, you wouldn't have this constant stream of creativity in my opinion. You don't know how it's going to go. It's very improvisational. The rules set are like a ratchet: 'You can't go backwards' So there is only one direction, and that is a positive, moving future. We're good leaders, but we're not managers. What do you think?
