Working at MongoDB - What's the Culture Like?
I think people listening who this is not your field today I mean or even if it is in your interested doing that firsthand experience is like one of the best ways to learn. We're powering like mission critical infrastructure for a lot of the world like the whole world runs on MongoDB seriously and so many applications you would never even think of there. If we ever start to break that cognitive continuity that I think is is our biggest advantage and we're so much more than people have realized then I think it becomes less of an interesting place for me.
