The Importance of Continual Learning

I think for the kinds of stuff we do, just being smart and having good ideas isn't enough. The first is that continual learning, right? If you're working in an office job,. You can just tell that the person sitting the next office or cubicle over or the next zoom square over now, I guess how we do it. So relentlessly continually learn. And then the last one is I think the one that people struggle with the most because it hasn't talked about enough. That's the teaching. But if you can make that shift and say like, oh, I'm not teaching as an expert. I'm just teaching what I just learned because I have a unique perspective,
