How Much Have You Changed With Your New Coach?

"We didn't want to drastically overhaul my training. We knew that i was on to something good and i was training well," he says of his new coach. "So we've kind of backed off the swimming and biking for perhaps a week and loaded the running up to maybe 80 kilometers per which is quite a bit more than what i used to do" He has also shifted away from 'really, really slow' runs in favour of four to four 15 kilometer pace.
