Andre Telachenko is a former Ukrainian diplomat who is sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department for alleged election interference related to his efforts to detail the record of the Bidens in Ukraine, which we are going to get to. He was appointed as a senior policy advisor to the first deputy prime minister of Ukraine after the Maidan coup and later became a political consultant.
