Do You Need to Rewrite Your Architecture?
The problem with re rites, and i think you've already addressed this, is that most rewrites are never completed. So what happened at wigs in that regard is that we were really strict about it. Basically, a time frame was set, acceptance criteria were made, lots of tests were written,. And there was a dead line specified, when the old cold base needs to die.
