The Importance of Co-Parenting

I make sure I'm with them in the day that pass that bed that's 730 they get in the get in the tub getting the bed. And also I make sure every time they go with their dads I plan a trip. So how is it co-parenting every? I do them the same way I do that then again I don't talk to them. Because I've been naked and it's so hard like it's just kind of like it's the guilt of like them I got kids I shouldn't be out with them. It can't spin them a lot. No when I'm done I'm done.
