The Red Post-It Notes on Red?

"I was sort of saying to people I'm taking this bit of a badge of honor because it shows I'm a cat amongst the pigeons and I'm being disruptive," he says. "If I'd got a hundred green post-it notes, I probably would have really liked that as well." He took a picture of the other side with all the red just for like, for my own memory and stuff. But not for the show notes now? No, no, not for theshow notes. You don't want everyone to see the ideas. Anyway, it was actually, it was a really good conference. And I met some ridiculously smart and accomplished people.
