Chris: For people who have lots of lots of nightmares, it's a problem. You dread going to sleep because you're going to be in some sort of torturous hellscape each time. He says if individuals practice the technique of lucid dreaming over and over again, they might be able to exit out of the dream quicker or clenched their fists. Chris: Social media plays a huge role in these types of things. And so what she's showing is that this is a very big unmet problem.
