The Implications of Land Multifunctional Understanding
I know that you're a hydrologist by background and very interested in those what the water end of things. Certain parts of the country are still within drought as saw some pictures yesterday even from the north where certain rivers are starting to run dry. Have you been pleased with bringing that kind of data set into the wider context of land multifunctional understanding? I'm forever saying it's brilliant planting trees everywhere but let's make sure they don't also access exacerbate drought in some of those areas because trees are quite thirsty so we tend to focus very much on the visual aspects of water which is the floods and the impacts on people's livelihoods.
