CNN's John Sutter talks with the president of C2ES about his career. He says he started out as an economist, but got caught up in environmental policy after college. After working at Environmental Defense Fund for 18 months, he went to White House and worked on cap-and-trade program. "I was impatient that I wasn't more involved in environmental policy," said Sutter.
