Do Not Wear Braces Overnight if You're Using Invisuline Orthodontic Treatment
Wearing the trays overnight does not equate to a better whitening result. The gel is usually inactive after a couple of hours so what i do is put my trays in when i go to bed and then that's usually around 10 11 o'clock at night. If you've recently completed or in the middle of orthodontic treatment such as invisuline don't wear them overnight if you're doing teeth whitening until that treatment is finished. I still now actually have a bar on the inside of my bottom teeth to hold my teeth in place because my teeth i had overcrowding in my mouth and my teeth were moved so much.
