I've Had a Conversation in Which I Shared About That Night With One Human Being
I feel like telling my story doesn't bother me anymore. I just think of like, if it helps one person, then I'm happy to do it. And so it also sounds like you have family and friends, like you have a network of support. In Northern California, that liberal bastion? You know, people go to therapy. I heard it a lot, but like, especially in my family, like it was just not a thing at all. It's an important part of that is, hey, I went through this thing lived experience.
