Most people have not sold a property to an investor ever in their entire lives. Your job is to get out there and be like, men, i'm a human too. Make a friend. Tell em you're new. If you never bought a house before, tell em, don't about it. But you got to get through that analysis paralysis of getting on the phone. You know, just get on the damned phone. Don't be afraid.
