Is Scale So Important?

In general, do you think we need to focus an a democratizing resources, more more, or as much as we democratize the algims? Well, so the way tat i think about it is that there's of possible progress. There's a space of ideas and sort of systems that will work, that will move us forward. And  to some extent, an increasingly significant portion of that space, does just require a mass of compute resources. But another part, portion of the space that isn't about large scale compute that ar these ideas that should be discovered on small scale.
