The New York Times' Judiciary Overreach Narrative Is Helpful

Is the Times trying to prepare us for yet another coup? I think what the Times is doing is hedging. They're leaving that option open so that if the situation does deteriorate to the point where the United States supports yet another illegal regime change operation like it did in 1964 and 2016, the Times will be able to have this narrative about authoritarian judiciary. You know what, the US has enough problems with this judiciary to be like criticizing other countries judiciary. That kind of ultimatum reminds me of the ultimatum that the Clinton administration gave to Milosevic at the Dayton Peace Accords,. which led to years and years of a horrible civil war.
