i think it involves a good understanding of the work that the firm does, as well as the tools that are out thereand and being in communication with your users. You know, some firms, i think, are more flexible about their budget ary restraints than others. Get that all set in that way we can direct demos or, or, you know, p o cs or trials accordingly based on sort of what we're trying to focus on. If we get the buying, then it becomes a negotiation and price, and then we work on a roll out plan. And that can vary depending on how big or small the solution is.
