How to Reframe Stress

We all need a bit of positive stress to get us motivated or excited and get things done. So if you reframe it as this is positive stress, you know, I need this stress in my body. Yes, it's terrifying but we're the end goal, the achievement that we're going to get from that. The social situation of putting ourselves out there can often outweigh all the fear and the dread and the worry and the what ifs. You can actually literally shift gears in that manner as well.
