MIFA-Pristone: An Unauthorized Drug
The Supreme Court stayed Judge Matthew Kismirich's decision that would have made NIFA-Pristone an unauthorized drug. This means that for now, MIFA- Pristone remains broadly available on the same terms that it has been. The Fifth Circuit will review the district court's order in kind of the normal course of a case. Nothing is going to change about medication abortion unless and until the Supreme Court says so.
