I'm almost on a pretty strict no policy entirely with email interviews for that reason. Because, yes, if you essay, i'll talk to anybody on the phone. Give em 15 minutes. But if i've got to get on there in type and emal, then i have to make it exat anda. Even if the questions aren't good, or i think nobody's ever going to see this thing. It willid take me an hour to do something i should just fire off. So i'm the same way. I usually say yes, if yowill as am. Ats how i say yes no matter what.
