Most of the business that flows between china and russia will be unaffected by sanctions. The one kind of big area where there is a real question mark is in oil and gas. But it's unclear whether the by administration really will ever take that step to bar the purchase of oil and grass from Russia. It doesn't look like they're going to do that.
