Ho cha is modestly pre-fixing. It looks like. Lots of pre-fixes run into each other and then simplify. A big, a lot of that comes from just disappearing Hs. To break one's own something or other, the kara di turns into karai or karai - I'm not pronouncing it right. With names, they have a, a suffix ga and unless you're talking to the person, so it's kind of like, it's like the opposite of a vocative.
