Talks are stuck in some areas, but there's nobody predicting deals on anything particular to day. The biggest block to most things at the moment is is india, which tends to er. You don't want to be id as a poorer developing nation and get special carf ounts from certain areas. So you give investment and investing trade with countries that you're allied with.

The World Trade Organization is facing a credibility crisis during its first meeting since 2017, the increased value of the US dollar is hurting American companies, and Ukraine lays out a weapons shopping list ahead of its meeting with western defence ministers today.
