How to Get to Scale Before the Business Starts to Work

The one mistake that I think companies really making this is they decide that they need a lot of people, they can't get them. They're just going to like start way overpaying for people. But if you can stay disciplined on that and just say for a short period of time, we're going to overspend in these areas for this reason because we need to get to scale before the business starts to work.
