My whole goal is to help shift people's perception to operate out of place of self-love and do these things that might seem like chores. If you're always chasing for results, it's never going to be enough. For some people, they can try really hard and they might see some improvement or gains or progress. But if their goal is to look like an Instagram model, 5% body fat, it just might not be the cards for them. And that's okay. Like helping people realize that it's okay not to be this perfect body that they think they need to be.
