We make decisions, usually un consciously, to eat more or to be bigger because it is providing us with something. Tolerating that feeling is really the best way to progress. Neading less and moving more works called science. That's called psychology. There comes a point in time when you come in contact with people like yourself who've taught me how to deal with this kind of problem. It affords him an emotional connection with his mother. He doesn't see what i do; I'm trained to see it, and i work with people like myself who've taughtme how to help him overcome these problems.
