The Importance of Having a Conflict Rubric

It can happen for a variety of reasons. Maybe there is unclear hierarchy, who's actually in charge and it may just be even a turf war where someone thinks I'm not technically in charge but I should be. Or lots of people have informal power. So maybe the formal hierarchy says I'm in control, but really everyone defers to you. And then if I decide to do something about it, it helps me give me the language to talk to you about it.
