Alex Kurtzman - Is He the Consummate Team Player for Paramount?

Alex Kurtzman to me has not like, he is like, he's the consummate team player for Paramount. He took over the Star Trek universe for them, has made it pretty reliable. But he doesn't have for my money like a great track record of delivering a show that really ignites. I feel like this guy is going to be very prolific for a while. Second pick is Shonda.
