Startups are often optomising for the short term. You get somewhat as expert, but they are not a good fit behaviorised. It's very tricky with start ubson, they operatinthink. Startup is a different beast, but i would say e is always almost, they're trying to survive. And you need to be able to find professions that are the type of experts there.
