Affront to Have a Bad Day When You're an Apache Pilot
After flight school, then you go into the transition. You're learning both to fly the aircraft and to fight the aircraft. The apaches is very, very unique in that the system that you used to fly at night is a am an i r system,. And so you actually have a monocle that fits over your right eye. But what makes it harder is your concentrating so hard on just flying out of that one eye and only looking at the right eye. It's really, really a hard thing to master.
